The i-93 is an Interstate Highway that travels generally in a
north-south direction thru 3 US states, those states being; Massachusetts, New
Hampshire, and Vermont.The i-93 is the main route leading from the greater
Boston north towards the Canadian/US border in Quebec.
The city of St. Johnsbury, VT
is located at it's north end ... and the city of
Canton, MA is located at it's south end.
The major interstate highways that intersect the i-93 include the;
i-89, i-90,
i-91, and i-95.
The i-93 covers a distance of aprox. 190 miles ... which can
be travelled in aprox. 3.2 hrs. with a sustained travelling speed averaging 60
miles-per-hour.
