The i-91 is an Interstate Highway that travels generally in a
north-south direction thru 3 US states, those states being; Connecticut,
Massachusetts, and Vermont.The i-91 is the main route between the Canadian/US
border in the Sherbrooke & Quebec City regions and the Connecticut region.
The city of Derby Center, VT
is located near it's north end ... and the city of
New Haven, CT is located at it's
south end.
The major interstate highways that intersect the i-91 include the;
i-84, i-89,
i-90, i-93,
and i-95.
The i-91 covers a distance of aprox. 290 miles ... which can
be travelled in aprox. 4.8 hrs. with a sustained travelling speed averaging 60
miles-per-hour.
